The Faulkton Area Medical Center Clinic is a provider-based rural health clinic attached to a critical access hospital.

  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Lab Appointments: Start at 8:00 a.m.
  • Clinic Appointments: Start at 9:30 a.m

Our clinic has eight exam rooms that are equipped to meet the needs of our patients. We currently have one full-time MD, one full-time PA-Cs, one full-time CNP, one MD that has clinic hours once a week and one part-time PA-C. Meet our providers.
